Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Supervise and assist evening Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring all Receiving and Outbound teams meet daily objectives
Inventory Control: Execute regular cycle counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
Processes Management: Apply expert knowledge of packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow
Performance Tracking: Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Warehouse Management and team members to ensure clear and effective information flow
Documentation: Maintain and update SOP’s
Personnel Development: Lead the training and integration of new hires
Qualification
Required
Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Full proficiency in reading and writing English
Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
