Responsibilities

Manage the logistics of tracking and calibrating test equipment within the test factory, ensuring compliance with scheduled calibration events and regulatory requirements
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment during testing, coordinating repairs and returns as needed
Collaborate with program management to ensure seamless communication and mitigate the impact of equipment issues on production capabilities
Ensure the safe and secure return of equipment to the factory, reconnecting it to associated test stations and obtaining necessary approvals from onsite security ISSO for equipment additions or removals
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve calibration and testing goals

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Basic technical knowledge and aptitude
Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Possession of an existing active Secret clearance
Experience working with test equipment or in a technical environment
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills
