Offering recommendations for future maintenance or repairs

Qualification

Commercial roofing experienceHands-on roofing systemsSafety mindsetProficiency with toolsProfessional communication

Required

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
3+ years' experience working in commercial or service roofing
Hands‑on experience with various roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, metal roofing, coatings, and other related roof accessories and/or able to inspect and repair various roofing systems
Strong safety mindset and ability to work at heights
Proficiency with tools and equipment used in commercial roofing
Professional communication skills and customer focused attitude
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
