Human Resources- Internship
Four Inc. is a fast-growing public sector IT provider seeking an Intern to support the Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.

Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and internal tracking systems
Assist with HR reporting and system and employee file audits
Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Participate in HR meetings, projects, and training sessions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Interest in human resources, recruiting, or people operations
