Maintain network hardware and software, including multi-user applications and servers
Implement and oversee security measures like firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, and VPNs to protect against unauthorized access
Resolve network connectivity issues and provide technical assistance to end-users
Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures
Possess strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security principles
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of experience in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls
Strong knowledge in FortiGate Firewalls and Migration
Proficiency in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and security protocols
Ability to script with PowerShell or Python for efficiency
Utilizing tools to track and optimize network health
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
Experience in implementing and managing backup/disaster recovery plans
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact with clients and handle escalations effectively
Commitment to meeting business objectives
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
