Responsibilities

Managing multiple, widely varying assignments concurrently while maintaining quality and schedule
Working independently and as a proactive team player, stepping in to support teammates whenever needed
Engaging professionally with senior management, presenting technical insights and status updates
Meeting strict deadlines and execute tasks to precise timelines
Contributing to the development of advanced aircraft concepts that uphold a 75‑year tradition of innovation

Required

Preferred

Knowledge applying System Modeling Languages and frameworks (SysML, UML, DODAF, UPDM, or similar language)
Experience utilizing tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Rhapsody, or Sparx
Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
Past experience or coursework in Systems Engineering
Past Internship/Work Experience in a technically collaborative and team-based environment
Engineering analytical and problem solving skills
