Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and company software applications

Ticket Management: Monitor, document, and resolve user support requests through the ticketing system while providing timely updates to staff

User Setup: Assist with employee onboarding by preparing hardware, setting up user accounts, and performing basic network troubleshooting

End-User Support: Provide both on-site and remote technical support to employees as needed

Qualification

Windows OSMicrosoft Office/Microsoft 365Basic networking conceptsTechnical supportCommunication skills

Required

0–2+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field

Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP)

Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
