Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across email, social, paid advertising, web/landing pages, and partnerships
Own lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns
Plan and launch promotions, product updates, and brand initiatives in collaboration with leadership
Optimize funnels, messaging, and conversion across channels using data and performance insights
Manage external partners, affiliates, and vendors as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally in fintech, trading, or regulated industries
Strong understanding of email marketing, paid media, social, and conversion-focused web pages
Proven ability to both set strategy and execute quickly
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving performance
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
