Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to elicit requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into clear, actionable steps for our software engineers
Collaborate with developers to ensure they fully understand project goals, constraints, and user expectations
Develop and refine functional specifications, use cases, and flow diagrams, ensuring everyone is on the same page
Keep an eye on project progress and communicate updates with clients and internal teams, making sure we’re all moving toward the same goal
Help troubleshoot and resolve any project hiccups that might come up along the way
Serve as liaison between the client and the development team to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Gather feedback post-launch to keep improving our processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
No previous experience as a Business Analyst required. We will train you
Great communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical folks
Strong problem-solving skills—you're able to dig into issues and come up with workable solutions
A general understanding of software development processes
No OPT or sponsorship, must be U.S.-based
Preferred
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and any data visualization software is a plus!
