Responsibilities

Lead a global team of operations specialists to maintain the highest level of CM service delivery through constantly connected assets
Look for new ways to enhance quality via both hardware and software solutions
Responsible for connectivity-related budgeting and commercial support programs associated with business initiatives
Develop and manage enterprise relationships and technology expertise to quickly resolve critical customer-support issues
Lead a global analytics development team
Accountable for analytics innovation projects including prioritization, timeless and reporting, resource management, results quantification and budget management
Lead decision-making progress associated with maintaining local ownership vs. enterprise integration of analytics enhancements into Cat Foresight
Seek out new analytics innovations, both internally and externally
Develop and manage consistent, global deployment methodology and documentation
Coordination of internal team activities to steer efficiencies and sustain deployment processes
Drive standard work for Condition Monitoring Advisor interfaces with customers and dealers
Support tool and dashboard development to govern and manage CM team performance
Support tool and dashboard development to deliver value to customers through enhanced CM capabilities and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree
Extensive Connectivity Solutions and Technology background, as well as a broad enterprise support network
Knowledge of Condition Monitoring information flow and experience with analytics development and implementation
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Knowledge of effective collaboration techniques and ability to build networks with people from different countries and cultures, think and work with them to bring positive impact and flourishing business results
Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to use these to deepen own expertise and impact or challenge decisions within and outside own organization
Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a field service environment when customer expectations are high

Preferred
