As a Security Officer - Mall Rounds Driver, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas in retail and mall environments, providing customer service and support to store teams and visitors.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail and mall environment
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, corridors, storefront entrances, loading areas, and exterior grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations
Monitor access points and observe foot traffic for unusual activity, assisting with crowd management, queue control, and/or guest guidance during peak shopping periods and special events
Complete routine reporting such as incident reports, shift logs, and daily activity reports, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when requested by site procedures

Required

A TSA issued TWIC is required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
