Responsibilities
Conduct business primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on client needs
Participate in hands-on training working directly with a senior agent
Engage in ongoing training multiple times per week, plus on-demand access
Learn to find opportunities, build relationships, and create repeat business
Utilize leads provided to support development
Work within a structured, proven sales model
Qualification
Required
An active real estate license in Georgia is required
Preferred
We are open to interviewing candidates prior to them obtaining their real estate license
