Equipment Administrator (Material Handler)
Augment Professional Services is seeking an Equipment Administrator / Material Handler to join their team. This role supports purchasing, vendor management, and equipment coordination for a major EPC company in the oil & gas and electric utility sectors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Oracle experience preferred
Familiarity with ToolWatch (plus)
Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics

2+ years of experience with construction equipment
2+ years of experience with equipment rentals
2+ years of experience with heavy equipment
Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear
Occasionally required to walk, use hands/fingers, and reach with arms
Ability to visit onsite field locations with limited overnight travel
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Strong safety awareness and commitment to team collaboration
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a 'take-charge' attitude who shows initiative once trained
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum: 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred
1–3 years of purchasing/buying experience (preferred)
