Administrative Assistant

Scanning, filing, and maintaining records according to policy
Remote check processing and other banking functions
Processing various mailings
Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory
Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior management
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Must be punctual, responsible, dependable and reliable
Ability to effortlessly switch gears at a moment's notice and wear many hats
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist co-workers when required
Preferred
Experience preferred but will train motivated candidates who possess the drive and determination to succeed
