Assist the merchandising team with tracking and organizing product samples for the digital team
Provide administrative support and assist in product setup and order entry
Coordinate with store teams to gather essential product knowledge and ensure consistent communication
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Conduct market research to provide insights on product trends and consumer preferences
Contribute to various ad hoc projects to support the team
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in product merchandising, retail, wholesale sales, or a related field
Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, business administration, or a similar field
Ability to work in Dallas, Texas, for the duration of the internship (relocation and housing are not provided)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express ideas clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a bonus for familiarity with NetSuite, Adobe, or AirTable
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A passion for fashion, retail, and luxury brands, with an interest in pursuing a career in product merchandising
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges
Consumer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs
