Law Practice
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout litigation
Maintain consistent client communication and updates
Coordinate discovery including interrogatories and requests to produce
Assist with drafting and filing litigation documents
Track court deadlines and scheduling orders
Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and expert evaluations
Order and organize medical records and bills
Prepare materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Maintain organized case files in SmartAdvocate
Coordinate with court staff and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation and exhibits
Attend litigation meetings and trainings
Monitor case progress and escalate issues
Follow all firm policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of litigation processes
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple complex cases
Microsoft Office proficiency
Comfort with case management software
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior personal injury litigation experience
