Responsibilities
Manages data retrieval and analysis within an organization
Organizes data points and communicating between upper management and the IT department
Assists in analyzing data to determine a corporation’s needs
Reviews data to understand trends and develop insights
Establishes performance metrics, creating reports, and communicating findings to guide business decisions and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent
5 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters
OR, Master's Degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent and 3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters. Experience can include coursework and internships
