Responsibilities
Oversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence
Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams
Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management
Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes
Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related discipline
Certifications: ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
Experience: 10+ years in IT operations with 5+ in a management role
Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk
