The Operations Analytics Intern will participate in business intelligence, forecasting, and operational analytics to support sales and service strategies while collaborating closely with the operations analytics and BI Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Bring statistical and analytical expertise to the design and testing of new sales, and servicing strategies employing a champion/challenger methodology
Support forecasting and operational analytics to shape the direction and growth of the overall business
Assist with BI projects including requirement gathering, data modeling, dashboard development, administration, and maintenance
Build various data visualizations to tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers
Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations depending upon the reporting needs
Write high-quality SQL code to retrieve, analyze data, and convert it into comprehensive dashboards and reports
Gather requirements, document metrics definitions, and processes from business users
Supply analytical rigor through the completion of analyses of available performance data identifying areas of opportunities
Qualification
Required
Pursuing bachelor's degree or greater in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1 year of hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence packages
Proficient in SQL
Have a fundamental understanding of data infrastructure
Great documentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the internal team
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
