Responsibilities
Plan and execute initiatives aligned with business priorities
Provide healthcare analytics and data expertise to support process development
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Analytics leadership to create stable and improved processes
Partner with the business to ensure full understanding of the impact of changes and secure stakeholder buy‑in and readiness
Influence teams by recommending new projects or work procedures
Apply professional principles to contribute to team objectives
Modify job practices and processes to improve outcomes
Maintain a consistent work schedule
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytical and/or project‑focused professionals, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous development
Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and individualized development plans
Oversee workload distribution, prioritize team activities, and ensure successful delivery of commitments
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent
Model strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
Foster a culture of psychological safety, inclusivity, and cross‑functional partnership
Ensure team members understand organizational priorities and how their work contributes to enterprise goals
Guide the team through change, helping them build capability and readiness for new processes or technologies
Address performance concerns promptly and constructively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a analytics, business, healthcare, economics, statistics or related field
5+ years of work experience beyond degree
Preferred
Master's degree (MA or MS)
Experience in healthcare analytics
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Business Analyst Professional Certification (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
Lean/Six Sigma Belt Certification (preferred)
Proven experience in project management or business analysis
Strong relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels
Deep understanding of business needs and customer trust
Ability to lead, motivate, and empower others to achieve results
