International Marketing Manager
EGYM is a global fitness technology leader, providing fitness and health facilities with intelligent workout solutions. The International Marketing Manager will oversee regional marketing efforts for North America, focusing on localizing global campaigns and driving demand in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities
You will act as the marketing owner for North America, accountable for regional priorities, cross-functional alignment, and marketing outcomes - not just execution - serving as a strategic partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing
You will lead the planning, localization, and execution of global marketing campaigns and regional marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement in North America
You will exercise strong localization judgment - deciding what to adopt globally, what to adapt locally, and what to create regionally - to ensure campaigns resonate with the North American market while remaining aligned with global brand strategy
You will manage and optimize North American marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and direct marketing, ensuring alignment with global strategies
You will own the regional earned media and PR strategy for North America, building and maintaining relationships with key media partners and leveraging coverage to strengthen brand visibility and demand generation
You will partner with segment leaders to develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and measurable business outcomes
You will implement and measure ROI-driven marketing initiatives across key touchpoints, including landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, and content
You will collaborate with Product Marketing to distribute high-impact sales collateral - such as pitch decks, product information, case studies, videos, blogs, and whitepapers - to empower the Sales team and enhance pre-sales engagement
You will collaborate with the Events team to drive awareness, attendance, and engagement for key EGYM events in North America
You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), communicating priorities, timelines, results, and learnings to key stakeholders
You will champion the EGYM brand in North America, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging and a strong regional presence across all channels
Qualification
Required
You have at least 5 years of broad experience across multiple marketing disciplines
You hold a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
You are a performance-driven marketer with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing strategies
You analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions and improve customer engagement across each stage, from awareness to retention
You thrive in both strategic and hands-on roles, working effectively under pressure and managing timelines
You enjoy coordinating across departments and collaborating on both creative and strategic projects
You understand and are comfortable with the travel expectations for this role (both domestic and international) at 15-20%. A valid passport is required
You are based in Denver and understand the expectation of our hybrid schedule- minimum 2 days in office
