Responsibilities
Daily reconciling of trips for Driver payroll and maintaining multiple pay types and schedules for weekly payroll process
Generate weekly reports and export to Excel to prepare for invoicing
Audit reports and TMW loads to generate customer invoices on assigned accounts. Troubleshoot with Operations to verify load charges are correct
Ensure invoicing methods and rates are followed according to customer contract and requirement
Monitor Workflows and correctly index documents to loads
Monitor invoice printing and mailing processes
Audit and correct invoice errors
Monitor and maintain rate books and fuel surcharge for customers
Assist Accounts Receivables in investigating and resolving billing disputes
Answer calls and emails. Provide information and documents to customers
Cross train on other accounts and provide backup for other team members billing as needed
Create department reports and manage process for daily tally on billing totals and bank deposits
Additional duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
High attention to detail
Ability to identify and resolve problems
Skilled in Microsoft Office with Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
Ability to learn and navigate various software platforms including TMW and Epicor
Strong communication skills via phone, in person, or in writing
2+ years of Payroll or AR experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Payroll or AR in Transportation
Associates Degree in Accounting
