Responsibilities
Review technical documentation, extract pertinent information and enter the appropriate data into a product data management tool
Review/Analyze technical data packages in support of the AMCOM Tech Loop process for procurement actions
Update database records to reflect Engineering Change activity as necessary
Perform routine duties as they relate to task to include preparation of reports and maintenance of various spreadsheets
Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers to resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Solid analysis and problem-solving skills necessary
Ability to perform data analysis and data entry functions for 90% of a workday
Must work well within a team environment dealing with high volume work with speed and accuracy
Experience evaluating documentation and extracting key information for a specific purpose
Experience accessing and using internet-based, database and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work core hours between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday
Minimum of 3 years related experience and a high school diploma
US Citizenship and SECRET security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a background check and security investigation required to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
