Responsibilities
Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy transformative capabilities focused on reducing costs and improving performance
Work with the Pipeline Site Reliability Team (SRT) and the Forge Development Environment (FDE)/Government Cloud to support enhancing the business critical Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) software pipeline used for the AEGIS combat system products
Support the full lifecycle of complex state-of-the-art systems that are deployed across the globe
Use modern tools and engineering practices to develop new capabilities and support continuing improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Java, Python, Containerization, and Kubernetes
Experience or knowledge with GitLab, GitLab Runners, Podman, Elastic Search, Linux, and Windows
Ability to work in an accelerated team environment with proven proficiency in full lifecycle software development
Ability to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance
Preferred
AWS, Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Active Secret Security Clearance
Experience with GitLab: UI, CI, Actions
Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Crucible, Confluence)
Experience with DevSecOps technologies
Occasional travel may be required
