Client Service Administrator

They are seeking a Client Service Administrator to manage client requests, process forms, liaise with third-party investment managers, and ensure high-quality service and planning for clients.

Responsibilities
Detailed attention to all forms and filing/submission schedules
Place trades and basic management on client accounts as prescribed by manager
RMD’s, third party correspondence, and agreements filed within scheduled time
Track pending business paperwork; update pending business summary for manager’s attention when documents are outstanding; track and tally all outstanding work
Answer client requests through phone calls and email
Maintain high levels of communication to help address client needs proactively
Update CRM systems and other platforms to ensure accuracy of all client account information
Make recommendations to systemize and improve office functioning
Ensure awareness of team’s schedule and current priorities, ensuring efficient time management and timely completion of shared tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years in a client-facing role in the wealth management industry
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
Strong self-starter; excellent time management and prioritization skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail
Demonstrated job stability and career progression
Preferred
Series 7 licensing preferred
BA/BS preferred but not required
