Employee Relations Specialist/HR Business Analyst

Support performance management processes, including coaching managers, drafting and reviewing performance improvement plans, and conducting intake meetings with managers and employees
Maintain detailed records of all employee relations activities
Document investigations and disciplinary actions accurately
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or similar role
Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, etc.)
Bachelors degree
3-5 years
Preferred
Experience in performance management or HR generalist roles (2–5 years preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
