Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the ERP system
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
Support ongoing ERP data maintenance, cleanup, and reporting activities
Analyze data to identify discrepancies, trends, or improvement opportunities
Generate reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT) to support data-related needs
Document data processes and follow established data governance standards

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of experience in data entry, IT support, ERP administration, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new systems and tools
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record, satisfactory to TSi's automobile insurance carrier

Preferred

Degree in account or information technology is a plus
Experience working with ERP systems preferred (NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required)
General accounting knowledge or experience preferred (e.g., basic GL concepts, invoicing, reconciliations)
Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory, or operations preferred
Familiarity with data reporting and documentation best practices preferred
