Remote Sales Rep - Engineered Metal Buildings
GPAC is a growing and well-established Pre-Engineered Metal Building provider seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support continued growth. The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through PEMB sales in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities for PEMB projects
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and end users
Prepare and present PEMB proposals and pricing
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams
Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking
Support customers through the sales process from concept to contract
Qualification
Required
Sales experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, metal buildings, or commercial construction
Strong understanding of PEMB systems, pricing, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote workload
Proficient with basic CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred
Experience selling PEMB packages or metal building solutions
Established contractor or developer relationships
Background in construction sales or estimating
