Piper Companies is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a leading financial services organization. The Marketing Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Auto Product Strategy team and the Marketing organization, driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful execution of marketing projects.

Responsibilities

Manage vendor and partnership relationships, including contract oversight
Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple departments to align with business objectives
Utilize Asana to manage project workflows, compile reports, and maintain visibility
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution
Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign execution and performance tracking
Support digital marketing analytics efforts (Google Analytics experience preferred)

Required

5+ years of project management experience in consumer banking or credit union environments
Strong understanding of marketing workflows and cross-organizational project coordination
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
Exposure to digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics)

Preferred

Experience with automobile lending products is highly preferred
Project budgeting experience is a plus
