Responsibilities
Owner of Atlas Copco suite of assembly tooling software-Avantguard, ToolsTalk, and ToolsNet
Use automated assembly tools and software as a tool to provide an efficient, trouble-free means for error-proofing, user guidance, and documentation of the engine assembly process
Collaborate with the design team and assembly team concerning build processes
Support the assembly team to ensure minimal assembly downtime
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines
Adapt to changing work environments and competing demands while maintaining a high standard of quality
Support alternative shift schedules, including weekends, as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in automated assembly environments
Must be able to program, implement, and troubleshoot the aforementioned suite of Atlas Copco software
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read CAD and technical documentation
Preferred
Desire to use your skills and talents at the highest level of motorsports
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Siemens NX experience
Atlas Copco STbench experience
