Manager, Change Management

Responsibilities
Drive and execute change strategies in support of KPMG's value-driven pricing transformation, translating strategy into clear, compelling communications and activation plans that drive understanding and adoption across the firm
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of change and communication assets, from creation and rollout to ongoing updates and relevance, delivering content through coordinated, multi-channel approaches (for example: newsletters, videos, podcasts, microsites, and internal platforms) to drive sustained adoption
Manage and support junior team members and offshore resources, providing direction, quality oversight, and prioritization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of change and communication materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing & Commercial Enablement (PCE) leadership, enabling teams, and stakeholders across Advisory, Tax, and Audit to align messaging, timing, and activation efforts
Prepare executive-level updates and materials for senior leadership, synthesizing progress, risks, and insights into clear, concise, and impactful communications
Track and analyze adoption and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of change efforts and inform continuous improvement; lean in and take initiative to support priority work, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities to strengthen execution and outcomes
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum six years of recent experience in communications and change management, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
Proficiency in communication technology tools and platforms (for example: Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe Suite, video editing tools), with strong PowerPoint skills
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences, including senior leadership and practitioners
Strong verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail; proven experience with change management principles and supporting cultural and behavior shifts
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
MBA from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience with technology adoption and user support is preferred
Proven experience with change management principles and supporting cultural and behavior shifts is preferred
