Responsibilities

Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning/updates
Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers
Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks
Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
Support business development proposals
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports
Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance
Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M)
Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Ability to obtain DoD issued Secret Clearance
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across department
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
