Responsibilities
Supervision of daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, handling, and shipping)
Management and optimization of spare parts and components flows for machinery upgrades
Monitoring of stock levels and implementation of inventory systems (manual and digital)
Collaboration with the purchasing and production departments to ensure the availability of materials
Definition and compliance with safety and quality procedures
Analysis of warehouse KPIs (delivery times, inventory accuracy, management costs)
Implementation of continuous improvement solutions (lean warehouse, waste reduction)
Management of relationships with suppliers and carriers to optimize logistics times and costs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in logistics, management engineering, or mechanical engineering)
At least 3-5 years of previous experience in warehouse management roles, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management software
Excellent knowledge of storage, handling, and safety procedures
Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency
Aptitude for continuous improvement and technological innovation
Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
