Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
Leads client meetings, taking detailed notes to capture project requirements and objectives
Serves as the primary and strategic point of contact for marketing clients
Establishes a foundation for client success in the digital space, acting as a trusted business partner
Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure all parties meet project specifications, deadlines, and schedules
Provides thought leadership and strategic marketing consulting to clients and their teams
Oversees project administration, documentation, and reporting for assigned accounts
Delivers regular updates and performance reports to senior management
Monitors project performance to ensure alignment with client goals and evaluates project outcomes
Manages internal projects and tasks associated with assigned accounts
Performs miscellaneous maintenance on client sites as needed
Develops and finalizes proposals and contracts for ongoing client engagements
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of business best practices
Demonstrated client-facing and internal communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or business development
