Responsibilities
Apply your knowledge of behavioral drivers and organizational structures to plan and execute targeted behavior change initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of change processes
Engage with clients to understand their unique contexts and tailor behavioral strategies to their specific needs
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree is required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in top tier or boutique consulting firm
Technical skills in change management and experience design
Expertise in change assessment and readiness
Experience in stakeholder management and analysis
Proficiency in communications and engagement strategy and delivery
Ability to analyze and model behavioral drivers
Experience in leadership and workforce assessment
Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy and talent analytics
Skills in coaching and personal development
Team effectiveness and development capabilities
Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office
Preferred
Strong relationship-building and management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact and influence
Digital fluency and hybrid collaboration expertise
Complex problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Aptitude for learning agility and commercial astuteness
