Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO to turn strategy into clear priorities and next steps
Drive important projects across product, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and partnerships
Keep teams aligned on goals, timelines, and responsibilities
Identify problems early and help solve them before they slow things down
Support fundraising, investor communication, and key partnerships
Help build internal systems, processes, and structure as the company scales
Take ownership of high-impact work and follow it through to completion
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in roles that involve execution, problem solving, or building things
Comfortable working in messy, fast-moving environments
Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize what actually matters
Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams
High ownership mindset and willingness to step in wherever needed
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Startup or founder experience is a big plus
