Manage the planning and delivery of product themes, translating objectives into actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories
Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize work efforts and ensure timely execution of key initiatives
Drive product objectives by leveraging customer feedback, competitive analysis, and design thinking
Build and maintain a comprehensive product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business strategies
Interface with stakeholders to optimize product delivery and address challenges effectively
Analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and overall user experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, particularly in digital product environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
Proficiency in managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks based on business value
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams
Preferred
Experience in the fintech or financial services sector
Familiarity with Salesforce or nCino platforms
Knowledge of tools such as MS Office, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
A background in transformation programs and delivering large-scale projects
