Responsibilities

Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
Responsible for attention to established policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of execution and timeliness with respect to market deadlines
Assist in the account opening process
Performs initial check of paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Acts as a liaison between the investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier to allow transactions to flow without interruption or delay
Maintains electronic client files and documentation on proprietary web-based software
Provides the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers
Ensures client satisfaction continues to be a distinguishing selling point for Osaic Institutions in the market space
Suggests and implements new policies and procedures based on business and regulatory changes

Required

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
FINRA Series 7 License
