Responsibilities

Drive key initiatives identified by sales leadership including, but not limited to:
Creating operational processes to manage and govern projects, metrics & key initiatives
Continuously evaluating and recommending alternative approaches or ways to improve the sales readiness process, sales incentives, goaling, and communications
Managing and orchestrating the US Public Sector Sales Readiness Processes. This includes strategic, fiscal and people planning to prepare for new year and mid-year sales kick-offs
Aligning direction to Cisco US Public Sector strategic priorities, providing support to Areas, Operations, Regions and Verticals
Leading change management efforts, including implementing new department processes and policies to internal stakeholders
Using your strong understanding of operations workflow processes, web tools and systems to improve efficiency and produce high-quality work
Driving planning activities within committed timelines which includes defining roadmaps, facilitating decision-making on priorities, event planning and organizational change
Establishing, measuring, and communicating key success metrics to the leadership team

Required

Strategic thinking, self driven with strong time management
Very structured and organized in your approach with ability to plan work and prioritize effectively
Experience in budgeting, analysis, modeling and forecasting, including attention to detail and can effectively perform under time pressure
Implements integration of automation and analytics for continued process improvements
Demonstrated ability to execute, by measuring both quantitative and qualitative results
Aligns and collaborates with executive team and key partners driving metrics, communications and objectives
Enhances effectiveness and efficiency through technology
Experienced in giving presentations or public speaking in a professional or educational setting, or ambition to do so
You desire to quickly acquaint to the US Public Sector market; relevant architectures, key players, business objectives and business challenges
DC Metro residence is required for this role. RTP, NC is a potential alternate location. Residing in one of these territories and US Citizenship are requirements for this role based on the customers you'll support and their business needs

Preferred

PMP or similar certifications
Bachelor's degree in Project/Program Management or equivalent
