Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile devices
Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment and software
Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems while resolving LAN, server, and connectivity issues
Utilize ticketing and asset management systems effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive support for technology products and services
Participate in local and national projects, contributing to the improvement of Agile product development
Qualification
Required
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in desktop support, with a preference for 5+ years
Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems
Basic network troubleshooting and support capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Ivanti
Preferred
Experience in performing root cause analysis
High level of emotional intelligence and professional presence
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
