Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and effective deployment of Windows updates to corporate workstations
Work with users to ensure hardware and applications on desktops meet their business needs
Work within a small dynamic team and adjust to changing requirements or responsibilities easily and effectively
Respond to help desk requests and other technical problems to ensure that the day-to-day workflow of the Funding Corporation is uninterrupted
Test and install Windows desktop updates
Install, configure, maintain, and administer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones
Perform routine tasks within the IS Operations group such as backups, documentation, disaster recovery testing, production releases, system maintenance and integrated troubleshooting throughout the environment
Work effectively with the business users and the Information Services team members
Set and meet project schedules
Ensure desktop efficiency, integrity and security
Qualification
Required
University or Technical Trade School degree in a related curriculum
2+ years of Windows Desktop Administration experience
Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems on physical hardware or VDI
Microsoft Office Application Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Adobe Acrobat
Trellix End Point Security
Citrix Workspace App
Microsoft Configuration Manager/Windows Server Update Services
Microsoft Intune
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Ability to set and meet reasonable project deadlines
