They are seeking an experienced Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising efforts and secure investments that support equity, justice, and empowerment for women and communities across LA.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising plan aligned with organizational priorities
Secure major gifts ($250K–$1M+), foundation and corporate grants, and high-impact annual gifts
Lead our new signature event, YHER (Honor, Elevate, Respect), and other donor-focused experiences
Expand the Justice For Her Giving Circle to 100+ annual contributors
Oversee all aspects of grants management, donor relations, and stewardship
Build and coach a high-performing fundraising team
Partner with the CEO and Board to deepen donor relationships and drive transformational giving

Required

10+ years of progressive nonprofit fundraising leadership
