Responsibilities
Perform analysis with financial and business reports and data to generate insights to support business decisions
Create, maintain, and review periodic and ad hoc business and financial reports
Create meaningful charts, graphs, and tables to communicate insights and trends
Research, identify, and explain data variances and errors in periodic and ad hoc reports
Update existing models with historical data, incorporate business partner input, and identify options to resolve budget constraints
Present insights from data and financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets to business partners
Assist internal and business partner-led projects with business data and financial analysis
Qualification
Required
Strong mathematical and analytical capacity
Knowledge of accounting principles or database principals
Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and Presentation software (Powerpoint, Google Slides)
Working knowledge of Tableau and BigQuery, SQL, and Python, - or - Workday Accounting and Adaptive Planning software
Proficient Business Writing
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years of experience conducting financial and/or business analysis
Preferred
Understanding of MWG business models
Basic understanding of AGILE practices
