Responsibilities
Provide support to the Chief Risk Officer in the execution of various risk management related projects/topics in support of the continued evolution of risk management
Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of financial institution regulatory requirements, emerging reporting standards, and regulatory entities
In conjunction with other risk team members, support management of the internal and external regulatory relationships of the bank
Maintain and continue to enhance Nicolet’s sound risk culture, while holding true to Nicolet’s core values and three circles philosophy
Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or related field required
Large Community Bank and/or Mid-Size Bank experience in risk management, compliance, and/or audit
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Self-motivated, resourceful and effective communicator
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners across the organization and beyond
Ability to execute projects/tasks to completion, achieving defined outcomes
This is a fully in-office position. This position must work in our Green Bay office 3 days a week
