Responsibilities
Lead all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations across multiple legal entities
Oversee daily transaction processing, issue resolution, and workflow management
Manage, coach, and develop AP/AR team members with clear expectations and performance standards
Standardize processes, documentation, and internal controls across entities
Improve approval workflows, vendor management, billing accuracy, and collections processes
Partner closely with Accounting leadership and Controllers to support close timelines and operational priorities
Develop reporting and KPIs to provide visibility into AP/AR performance and workload trends
Assess staffing capacity and recommend structure improvements as the business grows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading AP and AR teams in a multi-entity environment
Background supporting high-volume or project-based industries (construction experience strongly preferred)
Strong process improvement and operational mindset
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
Experience working with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
