Responsibilities
Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery
Roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team when needed—lead by example
Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture
Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders
Route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service
Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross-functional teams
Handle delivery issues as they arise—creatively and proactively
Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
At least 1 year of management experience in a Special Events/ Trade Show Furniture distribution center
A proactive problem solver who doesn't shy away from a challenge
A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in to get the job done
A team builder who can inspire and develop a crew that delivers results
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills
Physically capable—able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, and stay active throughout the day
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse strongly preferred
Proven leadership in team rebuilding and operational improvement
Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification
Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and managing operational KPI
