Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and problems
Translate requirements into user stories
Perform quality assurance of user stories
Plan and prepare training materials for users
Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation
Assist in reviewing and preparing project management deliverables
Consult on application analysis and troubleshoot system problems
Qualification
Required
Experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, working as part of an Agile team, and leading Agile ceremonies
Experience using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools
Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment
Ability to coordinate analysis of program policies and procedures
Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement through automation
Experience in providing quality assurance consultation and oversight
Reviewing complex project deliverables and providing feedback
Developing training curricula and conducting training sessions
Preferred
Previous experience working with TDA systems
