Enterprise Account Management - Intern

Responsibilities

Support Enterprise Account Managers in day-to-day client account activities, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation
Assist with tracking account performance, deliverables, timelines, and client requests across multiple enterprise clients
Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and summaries of consulting engagements
Analyze account data and client feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with internal teams (consulting, analytics, operations, and project management) to ensure client needs are addressed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring client information and engagement notes are up to date
Participate in client meetings, internal strategy sessions, and account reviews to gain exposure to enterprise relationship management
Support special projects related to client experience, process optimization, or account growth initiatives
Conduct research on healthcare industry trends, client organizations, and market dynamics to support account strategy

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, economics, or a related field
Must have completed the sophomore year as an undergraduate before the start of the internship or have recently completed your degree
Basic understanding of working in a hybrid environment, workplace ethics, and effective communication
Good organization and planning skills, and demonstrate effective project coordination, facilitation, and implementation based on past work or school experiences
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting across the team and potentially with internal Vizient business partners, external members, and suppliers

Preferred

Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize information for problem-solving are preferred
