Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel

Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ
Recent experience with automotive bodily injury or general liability cases
