They are seeking a hands-on, analytical FP&A professional to build scalable reporting and forecasting processes, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, data integrity, and systems implementation.

Responsibilities
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
Build/improve scalable reporting models, dashboards, and KPIs
Enhance data structure across multiple entities; ensure data integrity
Support systems upgrades and EPM tool implementations (Planful, OneStream, etc.)
Drive automation to reduce manual spreadsheet reliance
Partner with business leaders to provide clear, actionable insights
Support integration of newly acquired businesses
Qualification
Required
5+ years FP&A or related experience
Proven ability to build/improve reporting & forecasting processes
Advanced Excel + strong data management skills
Experience in PE‑backed, high‑growth, acquisitive environments
Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Exposure to EPM tools (Planful, OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan)
